SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We strive to have all orders placed by noon EST ship out the same day; some exceptions apply.
All product and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notification.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping to all orders, except Canada & Hawaii.
Free shipping for orders over $500.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Canada
- UAE
All international orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $500 (except UAE).
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alive Innovations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
How quickly will my shipment arrive?
Orders shipping within North America are sent via UPS, DHL or USPS. Packages should arrive in 1-3 days regional, and 2-7 days national, between most major urban centers. Orders shipping to the rest of the world will usually take 1-4 weeks for delivery.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy..
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us. This email should include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@alive4health.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with a product and would like to inquire about a return, please contact info@Alive4Health.com. Only unopened items returned within ten (10) days of delivery will be accepted. You must have prior authorization and proof of purchase as well. Alive4Health, in its sole discretion, will either replace or provide a credit for all products accepted as returns. Credits will be issued in the same form as the original payment type. Reports of damaged products or order discrepancies must be communicated to Alive4Health within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery in order to qualify for return. All barcodes on product labels must be intact. Products with labels that have been altered in any way are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please follow the instructions below “To return your order”.
To return your order:
1.Send an email to info@Alive4health.com with the subject: Return Authorization Code Request
2. We will respond to your email with a Return Authorization Code and a mailing address for you to send to
3. Clearly write your Return Authorization Code on your package and mail it to the address we provide
*The returned product must arrive back to us within 30 days of the date of your purchase. The buyer is responsible for any associated shipping and handling fees of returning the products.
